Leadership Coaching
The most important coaching work happens when the client doesn’t have the answer, and neither does the coach. That’s the learning edge! When the question is lived and discovery occurs through collaborative inquiry.
Leadership is tough. Working with a coach can help you see the unseen, amplify your strengths, gain clarity on your purpose and define specific areas for your development as an authentic leader.
Aluba is passionate about optimising mental strength and well-being for elite performers across high-pressure industries. His approach blends high performance science, resilience training, neuroscience, relationship systems coaching, and sport psychology with a focus on human flourishing.
As your Coach, I act a witness to your process, reflecting back what I observe so you can increase your level of awareness and adaptability. I also challenge your thinking and hold you accountable to the promises you make to yourself.
Behaviour change is required to enhance leadership. Behaviour change is hard work and progress takes time. Leadership coaching engagements last a minimum of 6 months, allowing time for you to work through the ups and downs of development.
During a leadership coaching relationship you will identify areas for development that will have the greatest impact on your success and then craft a Development Plan. This plan can be shared with your key supporters if you wish and reviewed during each coaching session for progress or course correction.
“Stop acting so small, you are the universe in ecstatic motion.”

Aluba has been instrumental in my personal growth journey. His guidance and support were invaluable. Not only did he introduce me to new perspectives which I didn't have and help me develop a set of tools for navigating things, but he also challenged me to delve deeper into myself. His wisdom and insight were truly inspiring. What I appreciated most was his ability to balance pushing me to my limits with providing a supportive and encouraging environment.
